RICH’S Whip Topping Base is a frozen liquid-concentrated whip topping that can be used as toppings, icing and fillings. Virtually any flavours, colours and sweeteners can be added to RICH’S Whip Topping Base without affecting its stability. It is an economical choice for large volume consuming operators.



Water, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Polysorbate 60, Salt, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Soy Lecithin, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavor, Natural Flavor.


– Arrives frozen (-18°C).
– Thaw before use in refrigerator (2°C – 7°C) for 24 – 36 hours for best results
– Never refreeze unwhipped product.

Handling Instructions

– Shake the container well before opening.
– Pour cream into a chilled bowl – mix 2 parts chilled RICH’S Whip Topping Base to 1 part chilled liquid: water, juice, milk and etc.
– Mix at medium speed until soft peaks form and gloss disappears.
– When topping is almost completely whipped, colouring, flavouring, pudding or partially congealed gelatin may be added.
– Add desired ingredients and finish whipping.
– Store whipped product in refrigerator or freezer.
