Storage & Handling

• Store product frozen at -18℃
• Thaw the product for 24 – 36 hours before use.
• Shake well before opening
• Pour 20% of product into a chilled bowl (2℃ to 7℃)
• Whip at medium speed until soft peak forms
• Store whipped product under refrigeration at 2℃ to 7℃
• Store any leftover whipped product in a covered container
• Keep frozen -18℃ can last for 1 month
• Keep refrigerated 2℃ to 7℃ can last for 5 days
